About Crossweave
The Strategy Behind the Weave
Most supply chain issues aren't just logistics problems—they are growth problems. At Crossweave Logistics Consulting, we help Sydney and Melbourne SMBs move past the growing pains of overstocking, manual tracking, and 3PL friction.
Crossweave, inspired by the St. Andrew’s Cross Orb Weaver creates a stabilimentum—a distinct, cross-shaped reinforcement that provides the web with unmatched structural integrity and visibility.
That is exactly what we do for your business. We don’t just offer advice; we weave a reinforced framework into your operations that turns a fragile supply chain into a resilient competitive advantage.
Why Partner With Us?
Crossweave was founded to bring enterprise-level supply chain engineering to SMBs. Our approach is built on three pillars of authority:
Hands-On Experience: Having spent over a decade in the trenches, we understand the pressure of keeping a line moving and a warehouse optimized.
Academic Rigour: Utilizing teachings from UTS's Master's of Strategic Supply Chain, we provide the advanced modeling and strategic foresight that goes beyond simple quick fixes.
Process Precision: Through Lean Six Sigma accredited processes, our methodology is rooted in data. We focus on removing waste and capturing value, ensuring every dollar in your supply chain is working for you, not against you.
We provide a reliable, central place for your business to build, grow, & forecast a positive future with a fine view of risk management & disruption preventative models. Whether we are integrating a new 3PL or auditing your entire stock position, our goal is the same: to deliver measurable ROI through value-based results.
